Life's a journey

Follow in the great footsteps of Rooster & Wolf and only enjoy this fine brandy as it is intended; a pure and superior product prepared in potstills. Rooster & Wolf travelled a long way to discover the best ingredients, to create an extraordinary spirit for you. With their fine brandy in your hand, you can think about getting the best out of life. Or put it in the mix and you will have a great party.

An authentic process

Rooster & Wolf cooperated with the fourth generation of a French master distiller family, to create the finest brandy ever for you. It is made from the best grapes in France. This wine is distilled in the ‘alembic charentais’, also known as copper potstills. To make it an extraordinary spirit, the maturation process happens in new and old oak barrels, specially made of wood from the Limousin and Tronçais forests. The spirit transforms from a clear liquid into yellow, red, brown and a rich golden color at the end. But most important, the barrels give the fine brandy an intense but smooth flavour. Finally, the spirits from several barrels and various ages are mixed to create the exclusive Rooster & Wolf fine brandy.

A real ‘eau de vie de vin’, like the master distillers say.

When a Wolf meets a Rooster

Punch

In the early ages, you drunk a punch with enemies. You had to trust each other to take a sip. Nowadays it’s all about enjoying together with your loved ones. Serve them a delicious punch that looks great and is easy to prepare.

Glass: punch bowl, fruit bowl or vase
Garnish: slices of lime, lemon and orange, sprigs of rosemary, cinnamon sticks and/or star anise

Bereiding:
2 delen Rooster & Wolf Fine Brandy
1 deel Peachtree
½ deel Spiced Rum
1 deel vers limoensap
½ deel suiker siroop
4 delen water

Preparation:
You can prepare this punch for as many people as necessary, as long as you keep the above proportions in mind. Pour all ingredients into a measuring cup and stir well. Then pour the punch into a punch bowl, fruit bowl, vase or something else in which you can serve this (welcome) drink beautifully. Just before your guests arrive, you add ice to the bowl. This will dilute the drink slightly, but that does not affect the taste. Finish the bowl with the garnish you like.
