The Spirit of Two Lands

Rooster & Wolf ventured into the heart of Latin America to craft their most refined rum yet. From Venezuela’s lush lowlands to the sun-drenched hills of the Dominican Republic, only the richest molasses was chosen. Slowly distilled in copper potstills, the spirit matured for up to eight years in oak whiskey barrels, where tropical aging brought depth and complexity. The result is a rum of rare elegance: almond and vanilla on the nose, soft notes of cream and toasted pastry on the palate, and a smooth, quietly sophisticated finish. A final blend of select barrels ensures balance in every sip.

A spirit shaped by two lands, aged by time, and crafted for those who appreciate the finer details.

2025 London Spirits Competition Gold Medalist

The White Feather

Daiquiri

A Cuban classic with revolutionary roots, the Daiquiri is refreshingly simple: lime, sugar, and rum in perfect harmony. With Rooster & Wolf at its heart, this drink is elegance stripped to its essentials—a bright and bracing companion for a sultry summer night or a rooftop toast to new adventures.

Glass: coupe
Garnish: lime wheel

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Simple syrup

Preparation:
Shake allingredients with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with alime wheel or zest (optional).

Wolf’s Garden

Mojito

Fresh mint, lime, and a splash of soda bring the Mojito to life, like a breeze through Havana’s streets. Made with Rooster & Wolf, it’s a vibrant escape in a glass—cool, crisp, and just the right amount of mischief.

Glass: High Ball
Garnish: Mint Sprig

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
10ml simple syrup or 2 tsp sugar
8–10 mint leaves
Soda water to top

Preparation:
Muddle mintand sugar/syrup with lime juice in a highball glass. Add rum and fill withcrushed or cubed ice. Stir gently, top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprigand lime wedge.

Piña Colada

If you like getting caught in the rain... the Piña Colada is pure tropical nostalgia. Pineapple, coconut, and Rooster & Wolf rum blend into a creamy, sunny-day dream. Best enjoyed barefoot, under swaying palms or your favorite sunbeam.

Glass: Tiki glass
Garnish: Pineapple wegde and cherry

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
10ml coconut Syrup  
60ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut cream
10ml lime 

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients with a scoop of ice until smooth. Serve in a hurricane or tikiglass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.

Born of tiki legend, the Mai Tai is an exotic mix of citrus and almond, with Rooster & Wolf adding a rich, golden depth. This cocktail is not just a drink—it’s a voyage to faraway shores, best sipped slowly as the sun sinks below the horizon.

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml orgeat syrup  
15ml orange curaçao

Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks or tiki glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime shell

Jungle Bird

Mysterious and bold, the Jungle Bird strikes a balance between bitter Campari and sweet pineapple, with Rooster & Wolf rum soaring through the mix. A cocktail with a wild heart and a tropical twist—perfect for those who walk off the beaten path.

Garnish: Pineapple

Ingredients:
45ml Rooster Wolf & Rum
15ml Campari
45ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
10ml simple syrup

Preparation:
Shake allingredients with ice. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with apineapple leaf or wedge.

Dark and Stormy

A tempest in a glass. Ginger beer’s spicy bite crashes into the deep notes of Rooster & Wolf rum, with lime brightening the storm. The Dark and Stormy is rugged and invigorating—a drink for sailors, storytellers, and storm-chasers.

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum  
120ml ginger beer
15ml fresh lime juice

Preparation:
Build in a highball glass over ice. Add lime juice and ginger beer first, then float rumon top for visual effect. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Cuba Libre

Not just a rum and coke — it's a cry for freedom with a twist of lime. When made with Rooster & Wolf, the Cuba Libre carries both lightness and rebellion. Raise your glass to good company, warm nights, and bold choices.

Ingredients:
50ml Rooster & Wolf Fine Rum
100ml cola
15ml fresh lime juice

Preparation:
Build in a highball glass over ice. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Old Fashioned

An old soul with a new fire. Rooster & Wolf rum brings warmth and quiet complexity to this timeless classic, where sugar and bitters take a backseat to stories, slow sips, and the occasional tall tale. Best enjoyed where the night lingers and the company’s good.

Garnish: Orange peel

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster Wolf & Rum   
5ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation:
Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over large ice. Express orange peel over the drink and garnish with it.

Rum Sour

A velvety blend of tart lemon and silky foam, the Rum Sour offers a refined punch. Rooster & Wolf lends warmth and structure, turning a simple sour into a cocktail of quiet sophistication and late-night charm.

Ingredients:
60ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
25ml lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
15ml egg white

Preparation:
Dry shakeall ingredients without ice, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a few drops of bitters or lemon.

The Tailfeather

Martinez

Traditionally gin-based, this twist introduces Rooster & Wolf into the mix for a richer, more adventurous profile. Sweet vermouth, maraschino, and bitters balance the bold rum and brandy, giving the Martinez a smoky wink from the Caribbean.

Glass: coupe glass
Garnish: orange

Bereiding: 
30ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
30ml Rooster & Wolf Brandy 
25ml sweet vermouth
5ml maraschino liqueur
1 dash orange bitters

Preparation:
Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist or a maraschino cherry.

Espresso Rumtini

A modern classic with an edge. Think Martini, but with swagger. Rooster & Wolf Fine Rum takes center stage, backed by a touch of sweetness or citrus depending on the twist. The Rumtini is clean, confident, and made for nights that don’t end early.

Glass: martini glass
Garnish: coffee beans

Bereiding: 
50ml Rooster & Wolf Rum
25ml fresh espresso
25ml coffee liqueur
10ml vanilla  syrup
Dash Chocolate bitters

Preparation:
Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
